Science advances not only through successful hypotheses but also through those that ultimately fail to withstand further investigation. Throughout my life I have developed many ideas, explored them as far as the evidence allowed, and, when necessary, abandoned them.
This section preserves some of those unpublished investigations. They are presented for historical and educational purposes, documenting the evolution of my own research rather than expressing my current scientific conclusions.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the material contained in this archive should not be interpreted as representing my current scientific position. Several of these investigations were discontinued because subsequent analysis revealed weaknesses, contradictions, or insufficient supporting evidence. They remain here as part of the historical record of my research.
An exploration of the possibility that a sudden change in Earth's axial orientation could account for several unresolved geological, paleoclimatic and mythological observations, including the preservation of frozen mammoths.
The manuscript follows the complete investigative process, including the arguments that initially supported the hypothesis, the subsequent evidence examined, and the reasons why I eventually concluded that the hypothesis could not be defended to my own standards of evidence.
